About Holly

My Real Estate experience spans over 17 years. Currently a Real Estate Agent here in British Columbia, I have been a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker in the Northwest Territories and in Alberta. Broadening my knowledge, in addition to my certification as an SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist®) I was also a Strata (Condominium) Manager with one of Victoria’s top property management brokerages. This experience has proven to be invaluable in understanding the intricacies of strata (condo) corporations which consists of nearly 50% of Victoria’s real estate market.
